Code of Ethics

Déménagément La Capitale (herein referred to as “DLC” or “the Company”) and its employees are at the service of the public and the community. In this way, we must recognize the importance for excellence, in addition to setting example through standards, in order to maintain and reinforce the support of the public and our customers, with regards to the integrity, the objectivity and the impartiality embodying the Company.

Customer Service

DLC places customer service amongst its top priorities, and insists that its employees commit to this engagement wholly, so that the complete realization of this goal may be fulfilled. Serving customers with respect and dignity is also an objective towards which DLC has endeavoured, and thus its employees are expected to model themselves accordingly. Employees are equally required to be sensitive to the reality and diversity of those served by the Company, specifically ones multicultural characteristic.

Code of Conduct

DLC, its employees, administrators and external members of various involvement; including all those called to work with or provide additional service, must observe all rules of government established by the Company that reflects the integrity put forth by its “Mission/Code of Ethics”. Each employee is to respect this code of conduct when working for the Company, in an attempt to personify the qualities that embody it, as it applies to the function exercised by that individual.

Our Employees

DLC has made the following commitments to its employees: equitable treatment without discrimination upon hiring or while at work; labour that maximizes talents and abilities, all while encouraging individual development. So that its employees work towards the objectives set out by the Company, these expectations must be clearly defined. Strong communication between the employer and its employee, in addition to good management through the conveying of its code of ethics, is as much a priority to the Company as is the commitment to its customers, in an attempt to guide and encourage better business practices.
