Do we need to take the clothes out of dresser drawers?

YES
We ask that all drawers and furniture be emptied. If clothes or other articles are left inside, the actual weight of the dresser is false, so it can’t be insured in case of accident.

Can we receive the wardrobe boxes before our moving date?

NO
We bring them on moving day. We put the boxes beside your closets and while we wrap your furniture, you can transfer your clothes into the boxes. At the new address, we will do the opposite and we will take back our boxes.

Do we need to confirm the moving date?

NO
We send you a confirmation following your reservation and we call you the day before to confirm the information. If your
telephone is disconnected, we will go to the address on the contract.
